Welcome to Prompts. By downloading, accessing, or using the Prompts mobile and desktop applications (the "App") and the associated website (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Description of Service

Prompts is a digital workspace and utility application designed to help users draft, organize, variant-test, and template prompts intended for use with Artificial Intelligence interfaces. We do not provide the Artificial Intelligence models ourselves; we provide the application layer to manage your textual intent.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and execute a copy of the App on an Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

3. Prompts Pro and the "Lifetime" Tier

Prompts offers premium features under a "Prompts Pro" tier. Our pricing model may include a "Lifetime" one-time purchase option.

• Definition of Lifetime: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Prompts application as a commercially supported product. It grants you indefinite access to all "Pro" features available at the time of your purchase.
• Hardware/Software Limitations: Ongoing compatibility is reliant on Apple's operating system environment. We cannot guarantee that the software will be updated perpetually alongside future iterations of iOS if architectural shifts render it unmaintainable.
• Major Revisions: Distinct future products entirely rebuilt from scratch (e.g., "Prompts 2") may require a separate purchase, though we remain committed strictly to providing maximum ongoing value to our Lifetime users for the current software's lifecycle.

4. User Generated Content and Responsibility

The Service allows you to store and manage text, instructions, and templates ("User Content").

• You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.
• You are solely responsible for the legality, safety, and appropriateness of strings and prompts saved in our application.
• You agree not to use the App to organize content that is illegal, incites violence, violates copyright laws, or is intended for malicious distribution.

5. Assumption of Risk

Because Prompts does not utilize a centralized cloud backend, we cannot recover data that is lost, corrupted, or deleted on your device. It is your responsibility to utilize iCloud Sync correctly and to maintain appropriate backups of your Apple devices. We accept no liability for data loss or interruption of Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its original design, source code, branding, iconography, and overall look and feel are owned by the developers of Prompts and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that the Application will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Prompts or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
